Accordingly, the district has developed 4 community tourism sites in Ke village, Hien Luong commune, in Da Bia hamlet, Mo Hem hamlet, Tien Phong commune and in Sung village, Cao Son commune. In these places, the unique cultural identities of the ethnic groups are still preserved in terms of customs, house architecture, costumes, folk songs, folk dances, traditional musical instruments and many folk festivals.

It not only has the potential for tourism development, with more than 68 thousand hectares of agricultural land with the topographical characteristics, which is suitable for Da Bac to plan the large-scale agricultural production areas for developing different types of forestry trees, fruit trees, snow tea, grass planting to raise buffaloes, cows, goats, and growing clean vegetables. Especially, the district has more than 6,000 hectares of water surface of Hoa Binh lake, which is a favorable condition for aquaculture development ... From the potential and advantages given by the nature, Da Bac district attracts more than 90,000 turns of tourists.

Mr. Nguyen Duc Dung, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Bac says: To exploit the potential of tourism development, the Party Committee of Da Bac district has issued Resolution No. 09, February 6, 2015 on the district’s tourism development in the period of 2015-2020, the orientation to 2030; The project on the district’s tourism development to 2020 and the vision to 2030 was approved by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 1908 / QD-UBND, June 29, 2017. 

Especially, 2 important decisions of the Prime Minister have approved the master plan for the development of Hoa Binh National Tourist Area, approving the investment policy for the project of the Hoa Binh - Moc Chau expressway. This is a great opportunity which influences the process of local socio-economic development, creating favorable conditions to attract investment projects. With determination to make tourism a key economic sector, Da Bac district has always encouraged and invited investors into the field of tourism. The district has prioritized investment in building facilities, products, connecting the tourist routes and fulfilling the commitments on site clearance, ensuring the social security and safety.

Through the survey, Da Bac district currently has 15 suitable positions that can be invested in the development of tourism projects, combining tourism - agriculture and 8 areas of agriculture and forestry development. With a lot of potentials and advantages of people and resources, Da Bac wishes to develop high-tech agricultural products, the processing industry of agricultural products and foodstuffs in the locality, contributing to create jobs for laborers and create agricultural products of high quality to meet the market demands.

At the end of November, Da Bac district organized a conference to promote tourism and agriculture investment. There were 8 enterprises signing the investment memorandums.
