Terraced fields in Sapa, wonderful colors on the triangle oat fields in Ha Giang province are amongst the many famous places attracting a lot of tourists in the fall.

Tam giac mach (triangle oat) fields on Ha Giang Stone Plateau

Tam giac mach (triangle oat) fields is a typical feature of Ha Giang province. When the fall comes, from October to December, this land is covered by purple and pink colors of the triangle oat fields, nestled in the midst of the majestic mountains. 

 

Visitors can contemplate these flower fields in many places such as at the foot of the Lung Cu national flagpole, the communes of Sung La, Pho Cao, Ma Le and Dong Van town. 

Besides, Ha Giang province also attracts tourists by the distinctive yellow-terraced fields of ripened rice in Hoang Su Phi district or the Palace of H'Mong King (Meo King). In addition, visitors should not miss other destinations such as Dong Van ancient street, Khau Vai love market or Lung Cu national flagpole.

Ripened rice season in Sapa

Visitors are lucky to visit Sapa in the fall, as they will be impressed by a bright yellow Sapa due to the color of its ripening rice terraces. It is the most beautiful season in Sapa when many tourists come here just to admire the amazing view and enjoy fresh fragrant air in the fields.

 

The sights of the terraced fields stretching across three communes of Lao Chai, Ta Van, Hau Thao, never fail to leave deep impressions on visitors. 

In Sapa, tourists will be also impressed by the Muong Hoa valley where old rocks with various shapes are intermingled with grasses and terraced fields of ethnic minority people, as well as other places such as Silver waterfall, O Quy Ho Pass.
