It is working to develop tourism sustainably in combination with conservation and development of cultural identity.

The province will work to diversify tourism products in keeping with culture and strengths of each locality and the national target programme on building new-style rural areas, including resort and medical tourism, community-based tourism and night economy.

Hoa Binh views Hanoi as a key source of tourists and will gradually expand markets to other localities and overseas. The province is to arrange personnel to carry out the resolution in an effective manner in an attempt to turn itself into an attractive destination with typical products.

Local authorities will continue to steer the building and implementation of plans and projects on tourism development, while reviewing, supplementing and issuing specific policies and mechanisms to create a legal framework for investment in tourism development.

Communications will be bolstered to raise public awareness of preserving and promoting cultural identity and protecting resources for tourism development.
