(HBO) - On April 25th, at the People's Committee of Quang Tien Commune, the People's Committee of Hoa Binh City held a conference to deploy the task of the program of paragliding experience in the chain of tourism stimulus in Hoa Binh province in 2022.


The delegation is inspecting the venue of the opening ceremony of the paragliding experience at the stadium of Quang Tien commune (Hoa Binh city).

The paragliding experience program with the theme "The cloudy sky of Muong area” takes place on April 29th, 2022. The opening venue is at the stadium of Quang Tien commune; the camping experience area, starting at Vien Nam Mountain; the landing area is at Set Field, Doan Ket Hamlet 1. Along with the paragliding experience program, visitors can participate in the camping activities, homestay accomodation, visiting the stalls introducing OCOP products and attending the local Sports Congress. The City’s People's Committee has actively coordinated with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Vien Nam Sports and Tourism joint Stock Company, and the Hanoi Paragliding Association to ensure that the program takes place in a safe, qualitative and efficient manner and in accordance with the regulations. The preparation work has been basically completed so far.

At the conference, the delegates exchanged opinions on a number of important issues such as arranging the suitable positions for organizing the activities, proactively planning to welcome delegates to attend, arranging the forces regulating and dividing traffic flows, forecasting the number of visitors attending the program, strengthening the management and inspection of food quality, hygiene and safety, fully preparing the medical equipment and well complying with the regulations on prevention and control of Covid-19 epidemics.

Making the conclusion speech at the conference, the leaders from the People's Committee of Hoa Binh City requested that the appropriate authorities and units step up the work of information, propaganda and promotion of the program of paragliding experience on the social networking platforms and through mass media. It is necessary to fully arrange the forces at the reception, logistics, traffic and medical departments; providing the hotline phone numbers to visitors; selecting the featured products to display, introduce at the stalls and guide the households to develop the model of homestay tourism at the venue. They have to continue to coordinate with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and relevant units to support the professional work, and to create the conditions for the facilities to organize the paragliding experience program in a safe and effetive manner and in accordance to the regulations.
