Zone 7 at that day!

At that time, this place was a barren wild land with muddy roads crept between the undulating rocks full of thorny grass. The people from 4 Muong areas, Bi - Vang - Thang - Dong and from some other provinces gathered to settle down. In the general situation of the country, having just passed the subsidy period, the people's economic life was extremely difficult. More than 90% of the households in the area were hungry and had to eat porridge every day. The stream flowing through the residential area was always black because people soaked the cassava roots placed the kitchen roof for meals. The roofs of the houses were temporary, when there was heavy rain and strong wind, some households had to hide behind big rocks for shelter. "Fire proves gold, adversity proves men”, the people here lit up the good traditions of a countryside from that hardship: That is the diligence, the creativity in production, the practical thrifty, the will and energy to rise up to build a prosperous life.
