With its own orientation, potential and advantages, many businesses and investors are interested in researching and implementing investment projects in this field. 

Recently, Kim Boi district has coordinated with relevant departments, branches and units to support key projects and works implemented as planned: the road linking Hoa Binh - Hanoi region and Son La expressway ( Hoa Binh - Moc Chau); ecological urban area, high-end entertainment and Cuoi Ha, Kim Boi cable car system.

For the regional link road project in Kim Boi district, 16.3 km when put into operation, it will open up opportunities for the district to develop strongly; shorten travel time in the direction of Hanoi - Hoa Binh City - Kim Boi; improve trade capabilities between provinces: Ha Nam, Hoa Binh, Phu Tho, Son La; exploiting the potential of hot mineral water mines, creating high-quality tourism products, opening up large development space for the province and region.

Up to now, the average income per capita of Kim Boi district has reached about 50 million VND, with 12.8% of poor households remaining. Officials and people together build the homeland. The district coordinates with departments, branches and units to promote administrative reform; mobilize resources, invest effectively in exploiting advantages, and provide maximum support for businesses, investors to implement projects in the field of tourism, services, agriculture, and ecological urban areas; take better care of people's life.
