Over 90 households are being divided into 3 residential clusters in Suoi Seu A village. The first impression when visiting this model village is the green, clean, beautiful roads with solid and spacious houses. In particular, the campus of the village cultural house is flat and spacious, having a children's play area, 3 volleyball courts, and 1 soccer field. The village’s head, Mr. Nguyen Duc Duong informs: Every afternoon, the people in the village gather at the cultural house to play sports. From young people to the elderly, each age group has a playground. This is not only a place for the people to exercise, but it is also a place to meet, interact, and increase solidarity.

The cultural house of Suoi Seu A village was also built quite spaciously and spaciously, meeting the meeting needs of the village. To have enough equipment, the people have contributed money for them. In the cultural house, in addition to displaying photos and typical achievements of the village, we are impressed with the bookcase built by the people together. On the bookshelf, there are a number of magazines, newspapers, and specialized books on law, science, sports, and stories. According to the village’s Head, Mr. Nguyen Duc Duong, in an era where young people spend a lot of time on smartphones and televisions, the village wants to build bookcases to help them have space to read. The people can search for good knowledge through books and newspapers to apply in life.

Such innovation in thinking and awareness is a favorable condition for the people in Suoi Seu A village to reap many results in building new rural areas. The village’s head, Mr. Nguyen Duc Duong recalls: More than 10 years ago, when we started to build the new rural areas, the roads and some other essential infrastructure were still difficult. However, the village has a good foundation, which the people always respond enthusiastically to the movement activities. Therefore, when we campaigned to build the new rural areas, the people enthusiastically responded and donated land labor working days. In 2021, Suoi Seu A will begin building a model village with a spacious infrastructure. However, the roads have only been hardened and they are not beautiful, and the lighting system has not been built.

Determining clearly what needed to be done, the villagers planted flowers and contributed money to build the lighting systems on the roads. Mr. Nguyen Van Dien, a resident of Suoi Seu village, says: Thanks to the new rural construction program, the face of the village has changed a lot, becoming more and more spacious and beautiful. Therefore, when the village launched the construction of lighting systems on the roads, we responded very strongly. The light bulbs are connected to the electricity of the households, and the households themselves pay the monthly electricity bill. This cost is not much but it brings light and safety for the people when traveling at night. Currently, the village has implemented a model of installing 10 security cameras on the traffic routes in the village.

The head of Suoi Seu A village, Mr. Nguyen Duc Duong, says: In recent years, the emulation movement of production and business to increase income has continued to be widely deployed. The village has 2 recognized model gardens, including the gardens of the families of Mr. Nguyen Van Dien and Nguyen Xuan Trong, each year generating the income of hundreds of millions of dongs. To date, the village's average income per capita has reached 55 million VND, and the village has no poor or near-poor households. In the coming time, the village will continue to mobilize and propagate the people to support the program of building the advanced new rural areas, spreading the movement of building the model gardens of the new rural areas.
