Hoa Binh province's association of education promotion on November 7 held a conference to review its month-long programme and present the "Hoc khong bao gio cung (endless learning)" scholarships for 2024. Key attendees included Nguyen Phi Long, alternate Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the provincial Party Committee; Le Manh Hung, Vice President and General Secretary of the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education (VAPE); and Nguyen Van Chuong, Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee.

of the endless-learning to individuals with outstanding achievements.
During the learning promotion month, over 20,000
scholarships and awards worth more than 10 billion VND (394,517 USD) were
distributed across the province. The most notable contributions came from Hoa
Binh city, which raised over 2.7 billion VND, and Lac Thuy district, with more
than 1.2 billion VND, while the remainders mobilised at least 500 million VND
each. This year, 101 outstanding individuals were selected to receive the
endless-learning scholarship.
Speaking at the event, Hung and Chuong commended the
achievements of the learning promotion month and the endless-learning
initiative this year.
Hung called for the mobilisation of the entire political
system and citizens to contribute to learning promotion efforts. He also
highlighted the need for robust communications and fundraising work.
On the occasion, VAPE awarded the "For the cause of
education promotion” insignia to four individuals, while its provincial chapter
presented certificates of merit to 20 organisations and 10 individuals with
outstanding performances in the month-long programme.
The provincial scholarship fund also granted
endless-learning scholarships to 15 collectives and individuals recognised for
their initiatives, 19 students who won national awards in the 2023-2024 school
year, and 67 students who achieved awards in regional, international, and other
competitions.
The "Volunteer Youth" movement is the pride of Vietnamese youth. Along with the spread of the movement in Hoa Binh province, the volunteer youth movement in Lac Son district has many imprints, creating a vibrant emulation atmosphere for the youth, contributing to building a rich and civilised homeland.
Kim Boi district, a revolutionary land rich in cultural heritage, is "awakening” with major opportunities to become a tourism and eco-urban hub in Hoa Binh province and the region as a whole.
Thanks to the support of local authorities, Hoa Binh’s education system continues to achieve significant progress, contributing to meeting comprehensive reform targets and students' learning needs as well as supplying high-quality human resources for the province.

The district has collaborated with the provincial Department of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs, job service centres, and domestic and international recruitment agencies to organise job fairs and consultation sessions every year.
Organ donation has been a humanitarian movement across the nation over the recent past. The deeds by donors and their families have inspired many people to register as future donors and embodying the profound message of giving the gift of life.
