(HBO) – This July, all people across Hoa Binh province are paying tribute to people who have served the nation during the war and their families in line with the tradidional sayings – "When drinking water, think of its source,” and "Repay someone for his favour.”

The month also marks the start of this year’s Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign in the province and the volunteer campaign "Pink Vacation” so local youths have been busywith many activities to express gratitude to the older generations.
