Van Thu, Secretary of the Party Committee of the bloc of provincial agencies,

Hoa Binh branch of the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV Hoa
Binh) for the 2020-2025 tenure.
During the tenure, the Party organisation
coordinated with the provincial School of Politics to open 13 intermediate-level
training courses on political-administrative theory for 800 Party members,
helping to improve cadres and Party members’ capacity.
The Standing Board of the Party Committee of the
bloc of provincial agencies has commended outstanding secretaries of Party
cells in a timely manner, helping to improve the personnel quality at
grassroots Party cells and organisations.

At present, the Party Committee of the bloc of
provincial agencies is conducting a scientific study on assessing the situation
and devising solutions to improve the quality of self-criticism and criticism
under late President Ho Chi Minh’s thought and the resolution of the
12th-tenure Party Central Committee’s fourth meeting at its Party units.
