(HBO) – The People’s Committee of northern Hoa Binh province recently held a ceremony to inaugurate a public administration centre. Attending the event was member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Bui Van Tinh, Vice Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Van Quang, Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Council Dinh Van Duc and leaders of agencies and units.

 As part of the office of the provincial People’s Committee, the centre is tasked with processing administrative procedures for individuals and entities and acquiring public feedback on administrative procedure settlement. The centre is entitled to oversee and examine the progress of administrative procedures via software that can offer administrative services at the third and fourth level.

 With 21 counters, the centre employs 26 experienced officials, not including the director and contract workers.

 Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Van Quang said the establishment of the centre aims to speed up administrative reform by improving the efficiency of administrative procedures while ensuring transparency. He asked the centre to fulfill assigned tasks and improve professionalism of civil cadres, contributing to improving the business climate and fueling development.
