(HBO) – The Youth Union of Cao Phong district, the northwestern mountainous province of Hoa Binh, in conjunction with the Youth Union of Thung Nai commune, on July 12 organised a summer camp and singing festival, attracting the participation of over 200 local children and people.

The
summer camp offered a useful playground for local youngsters to exchange skills
in organising youth union activities, especially in localities in difficult
circumstances.
During
the camp, they were also educated on patriotism and national pride. Meanwhile,
the singing festival nurtured musical talents for further training.
The
first prizes of the camp and singing festivals went to Tien and Chieng hamlets.
The
organising board also presented five gifts, each worth 1 million VND, to needy
students.
