By the end of November 2023, Hoa Binh province has 73/129 communes meeting new rural standards, reaching 56.6%. In which, 28 new rural communes have improved; 1 commune meets model new rural standards; 60 model residential areas, 174 model gardens.
On average, new rural criteria in Hoa Binh province reach 16 criteria per commune. There are 3 localities that have completed the task of building new rural areas: Hoa Binh city, Luong Son district, Lac Thuy district. Localities continue to maintain and improve new rural criteria.
It is expected that by 2023, Hoa Binh province will have 79/129 communes meeting new rural standards, accounting for 61.24%. On average, new rural criteria reach 16.2 criteria per commune. There are more newly improved rural communes.
