In recent times, with its core role in building and fostering great national unity, Cao Phong district's Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee has actively carried out its responsibilities and front work, and closely collaborated with member organisations to encourage locals to implement the Party’s guidelines, and the State’s policies and laws. At the same time, it has worked to promote the dynamism, creativity, and contributions of officials, Party members, and local people to help the district develop further.

The campaign "All people unite to build new-style rural areas and civilised urban areas" has contributed to the development of infrastructure and the implementation of economic, cultural, and social goals. It has also helped strengthen the political system and consolidate the great national unity bloc, gaining widespread support from local people and mobilising great resources within the community.
During the Lunar New Year of the Dragon (2024), the Fatherland Front Committees at all levels in the district successfully received donations from various sources, and presented 4,317 gifts worth over 2.38 billion VND (93,600 USD) to poor people, those in particularly difficult circumstances, and policy beneficiaries. The committees have also implemented activities to support policy beneficiaries and vulnerable individuals affected by natural disasters or fires, further contributing to social welfare in the locality.
In the process of building new-style rural areas, the district has achieved significant progress, with eight out of the nine communes meeting required standards. Cao Phong town has been recognised as a tier-5 urban area. In 2024, the district aims for Thach Yen commune to meet new-style rural area standards and Bac Phong commune to achieve advanced new-style rural standards.
According to Bui Thanh Nhan, Vice Chairman of the district Fatherland Front Committee, in recent years, the activities of the front and other mass organisations in the district have been renewed, becoming more effective. The work of uniting the strength of the entire community has been carried out in a concerted and effective manner, fitting the local realities.
In the coming time, the district Party organisation and local authorities will continue to lead and direct the implementation of measures to improve the quality of the 19 new-style rural area building criteria, and complete those for a new-stule rural district in a sustainable manner, so as to create breakthroughs in socio-economic development to improve the lives of local people. The district will also continue to effectively implement the agricultural restructuring project, allocate funds, and mobilise social resources to upgrade rural infrastructure.
