Of which, merchandise exports are
estimated to reach at USD 37 million, increasing by 20.24% over the same
period, equal to 13.06% of the year plan; service exports are estimated to
reach at $ 3.05 million, increasing by 1.69% over the same period, equal to
15.38% of the year plan. The main products are garment, lens, and electronic
components.
In the first two months of this year, export
turnover of the province reached $ 67.84 million, increasing by 9.24% over the
same period and equal to 13.84% of the plan in 2018.
Hoa Binh province’s economy posted an impressive Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) growth rate of 12.67% in the first quarter of 2025, representing a 12.76% year-on-year increase, the highest rate recorded since the beginning of the current tenure, according to the provincial Statistics Office.
