(HBO) - People in Ngoi village, Ngoi Hoa commune (Tan Lac) are benefiting from activities to support the livelihood and vocational training to preserve good traditional cultural values and to exploit the potentials, advantages, developing the community tourism.


Ngoi village is a difficult village with nearly 90 households. The economy mainly depends on fishing, shrimp, slash-and-burn cultivation and the forestry exploitation. The rate of poor households is nearly 60%. Traffic is difficult to travel, but Ngoi village possesses the rare natural and geographical conditions with beautiful charming and poetic natural scenery. The village leans against the majestic limestone mountain range, which is located on Ngoi Hoa Bay with four clear, peaceful seasons, many waterfalls and caves. Hoa Tien Cave is spacious with interesting and mesmerizing emulsions.


Hoa Binh Investment and Tourism joint Stock Company is transferring the necessary wine production techniques to the people of Ngoi village, Ngoi Hoa communes (Tan Lac).

Ban Ngoi is included in the master plan for the development of National Resort in Hoa Binh Lake, which was recognized as a local tourist destination in 2017 by the Provincial People's Committee. Hoa Binh Tourism Investment joint Stock Company is deploying 2 projects on the lake. Hoa Binh: Luxurious resort project of Sung island, Tien Phong commune (Da Bac) and Ho Tien tourism project, the project of Muong cultural preservation and development at Ngoi village. The company has had activities to support the livelihood for people in the village to develop tourism for many years. In particular, it has supported the people to build the houses on stilts, renovate the landscapes and environment, train the tourism knowledge, how to communicate and cook, the desk business. It has also helped to build and supply tourism products to meet the needs of the domestic and foreign tourists and so on. The company is deploying the planning and construction of Ngoi village so that it will become an attractive community tourist destination of the Northwest region.

The People's Committee of Tan Lac District has initiated the Project "Preserving Muong ethnic cultural identity in association with the development of the tourism community in Ngoi Village". They have been encouraging the potential enterprises and the investors to participate in the infrastructure investment, building the tourism products associated with the national cultural identity, preserving the cultural identity, the landscape, the housing architecture, the customs and traditions of Muong ethnic lifestyle. They have also been embellishing and protecting the natural landscapes and the environment to exploit the tourism development, bringing Ban Ngoi into an attractive community tourism destination.
