(HBO) - In June, localities in Hoa Binh province exploited 723 ha of plantation forest. The production reached 42.7 thousand m3 of timber.
Besides, the localities in the province exploited 249 m3 dispersed trees; 23 thousand steres of firewood; 126.2 thousand trees of bamboo; 58 tons of bamboo shoots; 8.6 tons of medicinal herbs; 6 tons of cinnamon bark.
The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development in Hoa Binh province directed the specialized agency to coordinate with local authorities to prevent forest fires.
