(HBO) – Lac Thuy district in the northern mountainous province of Hoa Binh has built 124 basic construction works using State budget worth 108.38 billion VND in 2019.
After nine months of implementation, the total disbursement
was estimated at 70.2 billion VND, reaching 64.77 percent of the capital plan. As
many as 33 works have been completed and put into operation.
According to the People’s Committee of Lac Thuy
district, the investment in basic construction works in January-September was
implemented effectively. Therefore, in the remainder of 2019, the committee
will continue speeding up the implementation of projects, especially key ones
such as Highway 21 travelling to Luon cave, a road from Phu Lao commune to Lien
Hoa commune, building technical infrastructure for Lac Thuy district’s
aquaculture area.
The district is striving to complete the set
plan on public investment capital disbursement in the field this year./.
In Lac Thuy district, communes have been succeeded in promoting their One Commune-One Product (OCOP) products while others are still struggling to position their typical farming products in market. Some communes in the district still fail to have their products met OCOP programme’s requirements, while others have seen their certifications expired.
The inspectorate agency of Hoa Binh province has issued Official Dispatch No. 1090/TTr-PCTN to provincial departments, agencies, localities, business associations, enterprises, and investors regarding measures to improve informal component indexes of the Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI).
