At the meeting, officials noted the week is an
important event for popularising local products and promoting investment, so it
must introduce truly typical products of the province. The participating units
also have to ensure the supply and preservation of goods during the week.

specialties of Hoa Binh and help consumers access safe and high-quality
products of the province. Therefore, preparations must be made thoroughly.

form connections between producers and distributors; seek contracts; and
transfer technology, he noted.
The official also assigned the provincial
Department of Public Security to coordinate with its Hanoi peer to ensure security, order, traffic
safety and fire prevention during the week. Meanwhile, the Hoa Binh Cooperative
Alliance needs to fine-tune the detailed organisation plan to submit it to the
Standing Board of the provincial Party Committee for decision. It is also
necessary to step up communications about the week on local and central media
agencies.
