the provincial business climate and competitiveness, the Hoa Binh People’s
Committee promptly implemented the Government’s resolutions on measures to

social welfare. However, operations of many sectors were hit hard by the pandemic,
with business and production activities stalled.

establishment of 171 new enterprises and 24 cooperatives with total capital of
5.2 trillion VND; while 12 enterprises and 8 cooperatives voluntarily dissolved.

Committee Bui Van Khanh thanked the business community for their contribution
to Hoa Binh’s development and expressed his sympathy for the difficulties
facing them caused by the pandemic.
