(HBO) – The Cooperative Alliance of Hoa Binh in coordination with ABHUD communication company, Ngoc Tung event-planning company, CIC Vietnam and Hanoi Television held a fair themed "Down to the market: Connecting localities – Selling products to everywhere”, which drew 15 member cooperatives. The event is taking place from November 28 to December 3 at 81 Nguyen Thai Hoc Street of Hanoi.

Typical products are introduced at the fair.

The event is part of a series of trade promotion activities to support local cooperatives to sell their products. At the same time, it aims to give opportunities for participants to take part in cultural exchange activities to explore the tradition and art of Hoa Binh, while introducing Hoa Binh products to consumers inside and outside the country.

The event has also offered chances to cooperatives to sharpen their business skills in the digital era, and optimise local cultural stories and tradition to introduce their products in big cities.

Major products introduced at the fair include oranges, pomelos, and herbal medicines. Various cultural and artistic activities are being held at the fair, promoting the cultural identities of the Mong, Thai, and Muong ethnic minority groups. Along with direct selling activities, the organisers also support the cooperatives to conduct livestreams to sell their products online.

On the first day, products of Hoa Binh received high evaluation in both quality and design from many distributors from Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Hai Phong, Bac Ninh, Bac Giang, Vinh Phuc. Some have shown their interest to sign consumption contracts with the cooperatives.

Visiting the fair, consumers will have a chance to enjoy many special offers from the cooperatives. The strict implementation of COVID-19 prevention and control measures have been ensured at the event./.
