(HBO) - On December 9, at Hoang Van Thu High School for the Gifted, the Department of Education and Training held a Science and Technology Competition and a STEM festival for the provincial high school students in the school year of 2022 - 2023.


The jury is working with each group of students whose products have participated in the competition. 

There were 105 projects participating in the competition. They included 50 projects of the junior high school students, 55 projects of high school students. The participating projects belong to the following fields: The social and behavioral sciences; the intelligent robots and machines, the system software; biochemistry, environmental engineering; Biomedical and science, health, mechanical engineering... The competition is an opportunity for the students of all schools to introduce the results of scientific and technical research, the results of knowledge transfer and application to real life and production... 

In addition, a STEM educational festival was held, attracting 126 products to display and perform. In which, there were 52 products of junior high school students from 10 divisions of Education and Training, 74 products of high school students from high schools and boarding high schools for the ethnic minorities in the province. The products displayed and introduced belong to most fields of science, associating with school subjects such as Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Technology, Informatics, Literature, History… These products are the results of scientific research, applying the knowledge that has been learnt in schools into practice, demonstrating the achievements and quality of education in schools and meeting the needs the requirements of new educational innovation in the current period. 

In the afternoon of the same day, the Organizing Committee summarized and awarded prizes to the winning projects.
