Implementing the One Commune One Product (OCOP) Program associated with local advantages, currently, Hoa Binh province has 114 OCOP products. In which, 22 products achieve 4 stars, 92 products achieved 3 stars, mainly specific product groups of the province.
OCOP 3-star Truc Son wine product is displayed at the Cultural, Sports, and Tourism Promotion Festival of Da Bac district in 2023.
In 2023, there will be 50 more products registered to participate in the OCOP cycle. The work of urging and guiding localities to organize implementation according to the annual cycle is emphasized. Trade promotion activities, trade connections, product promotion and consumption are enhanced. Hoa Binh province strives to have 16 more OCOP products with 3 stars or higher by the end of 2023.
The provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Development on November 20 coordinated with Hai Dang Group Hoa Binh Seafood Company Limited to release 1.5 tonnes of fries into Hoa Binh Lake to regenerate aquatic resources, with a total value of 266 million VND (10,460 USD).
