the Provincial Competitiveness Index(PCI) and creating a healthy
competitive environment; rapidly increasing the number of newly established
enterprises and cooperatives; reducing the rate of those that temporarily
suspend operation; and promoting the removal of difficulties and obstacles
facing people and businesses.
The locality will also focus on tasks and
solutions to accelerate the simplification of administrative procedures to
facilitate enterprises’ investment and business activities; and strengthen the role
of the provincial Business Association in assessing the implementation of
investment support policies and promptly criticising mechanisms and policies
related to business development.
In the Plan, the provincial People's Committee
specifically assigns departments, sectors, and the People's Committees of Hoa
Binh city and districts to perform tasks.
Currently, Luong Son district counts 905 business establishments operating in industry and handicraft, helping generate jobs and stable incomes for local labourers.
Hoa Binh scored the highest points in two out of the eight indicators of the Public Administrative Reform (PAR) Index ranking in 2023 that the Ministry of Home Affairs announced on April 17.
