The Hoa Binh administration was entrusted by the Prime Minister with a budget of 3.43 trillion VND (142.91 million USD) for investment in 2024. The provincial People's Council approved nearly 3.76 trillion VND, which has been meticulously allocated to projects, achieving 100% of the assigned capital plan.
As of March 20, the province had disbursed some 255.85 billion VND, fulfilling 7% of the capital allocation plan assigned by the PM and the provincial People's Committee. It is projected that by the end of the first quarter, the disbursement of public investment funds will reach 15% of the plan.
The provincial People's Committee is urging agencies across all levels, relevant sectors, and investors to accelerate the implementation of tasks and solutions to disburse all of the allocated funds. Priorities should be given to the removal of difficulties and obstacles in land clearance and valuation, the expedition of project progress, the prompt completion of procedures for converting land use purposes, and the acceleration of land use fee collection to ensure funding for approved projects according to the plan./.
