In the morning of May 29th, at the Cultural House of Lac Son district, the Provincial Youth Communist Union - Vietnam Youth Union of the province held the launching ceremony of the Volunteering Youth Campaign in the summer of 2024, responding to the peak day of the new rural construction. This year's Summer Volunteering Youth Campaign will continue to be implemented according to the youth groups with 1 Program, 4 Campaigns, which are the Support Program for the Exam Season, Red Poinciana Campaign, the Pink Holiday Campaign, Green March Campaign and the Green Summer one. This will peak from now until the end of August 2024 with the widespread, effective, safe and sustainable moto, linking to the political tasks and actual needs of each locality and unit. The Provincial Team Council awarded 50 boxes of milk, 500 red scarves, 300 children's books worth 30 million VND to the team members and the children in Lac Son district and supported the construction of a Red Scarf House worth 30 million VND for Bui Thanh Cong from class 1A2 in Chi Dao Secondary and High School in Ong Man hamlet, Chi Dao commune, Lac Son district.

At the program, in order to support and encourage the families under the preferential policies and the families in difficult circumstances, Vietnam Fatherland Front of the province donated 30 sets of gifts to the families in difficult circumstances, each gift worth 500,000 VND. The provincial Management Board of the Transport Construction Investment Project donated 20 sets of gifts to the students in difficult circumstances, each gift worth 500,000 VND. The Provincial Youth Communist Union donated 10,000 acacia trees, 100 maps of Vietnam, and 100 national flags to respond to the Campaign "Being proud of a stretch of the nation”.

On this occasion, the Provincial Electricity Company supported 3 road sections to light up the rural roads and 1 project to light up the communal health station with solar energy, being deployed in Lac Son district with a total value of 120 million VND.
