(HBO) – The Department of Science and Technology of the northwestern Hoa Binh province recently held a conference to review its activities in 2018 and launch tasks for 2019. The conference was attended by Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Van Dung and representatives of the Ministry of Science and Technology.
