As Christmas is nearing, a delegation led by President of the Hoa Binh provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Committee Bui Van Luyen visited and offered greetings to Di Dan Parish in Hang Tram town (Yen Thuy district), along with Vu Ban Parish in Vu Ban town and Muong Cat Parish in Van Nghia commune (Lac Son district).

At the parishes, the delegation presented flowers and gifts from the provincial Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, and VFF Committee. They also extended the best wishes to the entire parishioners on Christmas 2024 and New Year 2025.
The officials expressed their hope that in the time ahead, the parishes will continue encouraging local followers to comply with the Party’s guidelines and the State’s policies and laws.
Besides, Catholic followers should stay united to develop livelihoods, actively participate in local emulation movements, uphold patriotism, lead a good secular and religious life, build a civilised lifestyle, and contribute to the great national unity bloc, thereby helping with the common development of Hoa Binh province.

Throughout his revolutionary life, Uncle Ho visited Hoa Binh province four times. He also sent dozens of letters, telegrams, greeting cards, and heartfelt messages to local officials, Party members, and people of all ethnic groups, urging them to remain united, support one another, strive for progress, and actively engage in both production and resistance efforts to build a prosperous homeland.
To unlock the full potential of its forest resources, the standing board of the provincial Party Committee on July 30, 2020 issued a Resolution on the sustainable development of production forests through 2025, with a vision toward 2030.
