A delegation of provincial officials, led by Nguyen Phi Long - alternate member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the provincial Party Committee - offered incense and flowers to President Ho Chi Minh at his statue at the Hoa Binh Hydropower Plant on the 80th founding anniversary of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 – 2024) and the 35th anniversary of the National Defence Festival (December 22, 1989 – 2024).

The delegation included Bui Duc Hinh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People's Council, alongside members of the provincial People's Committee, People's Council, Fatherland Front Committee, leaders of various departments and agencies, and representatives from Hoa Binh Hydropower Plant. 


The delegation of the provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and the provincial armed forces offer incense at the President Ho Chi Minh’s Statue. 


The delegation lay flowers and offer incense to express their respect and gratitude for the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh to the revolutionary cause of the Party. 

Before the late leader’s statue, the delegation solemnly pledged unwavering commitment to the path chosen by the Party and President Ho Chi Minh. They vowed absolute loyalty to the Party, the State, and the people, the socialist regime as well as the resolve to promote revolutionary heroism and uphold the noble traditions of the heroic Vietnam People's Army. 

They reaffirmed their determination to excel in all assigned tasks, contributing to the building and safeguarding of the socialist Fatherland, striving for a strong and prosperous Vietnam where people lead increasingly prosperous and happy lives, as envisioned by President Ho Chi Minh. They pledged to fulfill Hoa Binh province's socio-economic development goals, aiming to foster rapid and sustainable growth.
