In the context of the strong and widespread digital transformation as it is today, promoting the spirit of initiative and creativity of the young people, the Youth Communist Union at all levels in the province has promoted the digitization of the local historical and cultural relics in recent times. They have been joining hands to participate in the digital transformation, preserving, maintaining, and promoting the cultural values and revolutionary historical traditions of the homeland.

The propaganda team, introducing the key relics and cultural works in the city, guiding the union members and young people to scan QR codes at the Hoa Binh Prison relic (Hoa Binh City).

Practically promoting digitalization, the Youth Communist Union at all levels in the province has implemented QR codes at many historical and cultural relics and red addresses so that the people and tourists can easily look up the data on the related information and images quickly, fully and vividly. QR codes are attached in front of the gates and the doors of the relics and locations. The solution of attaching a QR code as a "QR interpreter” helps simplify the provision of information, which is convenient, and ensures the accuracy of the cultural and historical values.

Thinh Lang Temple and Communal House are located in Thinh Lang Ward (Hoa Binh City), worshiping the Three Saints of Tan Vien Mountain and the Three Dukes of the Dinh family. At this relic, the main festival used to be held on the 8th of January. However, the festival is no longer held today, but on holidays, Tet, and early spring, many local people and tourists come to worship and offer incense at the relic. As a child born and raised in Thinh Lang, Ms. Nguyen Quynh Anh confides: "Although I am a local child, I only know the information about Thinh Lang temple and communal house through the stories of my grandmothers and mothers. Besides, there is no tour guide at the destination, so I do not have accurate and complete knowledge and the information about the relic. Around the year of 2023, the Ward’s Youth Communist Union built a youth project "QR code information board of Thinh Lang temple and communal house of the provincial relic site” to help people easily access and learn about the relic, images, historical values, festivals, management and conservation work of the relic... The youth project is very practical, effective, innovative and modern”.

Tay Tien Regiment was established by the Party Central Committee in February 1947, and it was the core unit of the Western Front (Tay Tien). In difficult circumstances, Tay Tien Regiment relied on the local government and people, raised the determination to fight and protect the base, stayed on the land and the village, propagated and mobilized the people to actively participate in the resistance war. To commemorate and show the gratitude for the heroic martyrs, in 1990, the Party Committee, the government and the people of all ethnic groups in Lac Son district united to build the Martyrs Memorial of the Tay Tien Regiment 52 in Trang hamlet, Thuong Coc commune. With its outstanding values, in July 2012, the relic "The place marking the history of Tay Tien Regiment 52” was recognized as a provincial-level revolutionary historical relic. In 2023, the  Youth Communist Union of Thuong Coc Commune implemented the youth project "Digital transformation in promoting the historical and cultural relics” - the provincial-level historical relic of Tay Tien Monument.

Ms. Bui Thu Hien, the Secretary of Thuong Coc Commune’s Youth Communist Union, says: "The commune’s Youth Communist Union has proactively coordinated to collect and synthesize the accurate and complete sources of information and documents, from which it has been edited them to be easy to understand, clear, and detailed to introduce Tay Tien Regiment, the history of the construction of Tay Tien Monument... At the provincial historical relic of Tay Tien Monument, the QR code was designed and built in the form of a billboard, an introductory signboard, not only it is placed at the relic but it is also widely propagated and shared on the social networking site of the commune’s Youth Communist Union. Thereby, it has been contributing to improving the effectiveness of propaganda and promotion of the relic, educating the revolutionary traditions of the homeland and country and promoting the digital transformation in the locality”.

The youth project of attaching QR codes at the historical and cultural relics has brought practical results to the people and tourists.
