The meeting adopted the decisions of the provincial Party Committee’s standing board regarding the establishment of the Party organisation of the local Party agencies, and the appointment of the executive board, standing board, secretary, deputy secretary, and heads of the Party Committee’s inspection boards for the first term. The meeting also approved regulations on functions, duties, organisational structure, and working regulations of the Party Committees of Provincial Party Agencies; task assignments for members of the executive and standing boards; and the establishment of specialised advisory agencies, reorganisation of grassroots Party organisations, working regulations of the Inspection Committee, and working programmes for 2025 including inspection and supervision plans, among others.
The newly established Party organisation of the local Party agencies under the provincial Party Committee will lead Party cells to fulfil political missions, manage organisational and personnel work, and build strong party cells coupled with trengthening government agencies, sectors, and socio-political organisations.
It encompasses Party cells from advisory agencies of the provincial Party Committee, the provincial People's Council, the Fatherland Front, provincial socio-political organisations, the provincial People's Procuracy, the provincial People's Court, and provincial mass associations assigned by the Party and State.
Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the provincial People’s Council Bui Thi Minh was appointed as Secretary of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies, while President of the province’s Fatherland Front Committee Bui Van Luyen and Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Nguyen Duc Cuong as Deputy Secretaries for the 2020-2025 term.
At the event, Long spoke highly of the standing board of the Party committee of the local Party agencies’ efforts in completing the reorganisation of the political apparatus. He outlined key priorities for the coming period, including focusing on political missions, improving the quality of the workforce alongside strengthening party inspection and supervision, intensifying anti-corruption efforts, completing the organisational apparatus, and preparing documents for the first Congress of the Party committee of local Party agencies.
Minh emphasised that 2025 is a crucial year for successfully implementing the resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress, adding the executive and standing boards of the Party agencies’ Party Committee must drastically lead party organisations in effectively carrying out party-building work, quickly consolidate the organisational structure to ensure smooth and effective operation under the new model.
