The visit has left a strong impression of an innovative and dynamic France with multiple initiatives and an increasingly important role in Europe and around the globe, he stated.

General Secretary Trong said he believed that the positive outcomes of the visit, with the signing of many cooperation documents in various spheres, will open a new period for relations between the two countries, while working to accelerate bilateral cooperative ties in a more vigorous, comprehensive and effective manner, for the sake of the two countries’ people, as well as for peace, stability, cooperation, and development.

He wished France to continue developing strongly and comprehensively; wished French President Macron and other French leaders good health, happiness and success; and wished for the Vietnam-France strategic partnership to unceasingly flourish in the time ahead.
