(HBO) - The Hoa Binh Association of Journalists held a ceremony to celebrate the 94th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2019).

The delegates reviewed the history of 94 years of construction, development and the great contributions of Vietnam's revolutionary press to the country. Along with the national press, the Hoa Binh Association of Journalists is growing. Up to now, Hoa Binh Association of Journalists has 129 members.

Press agencies in Hoa Binh province successfully completed the task. Thereby, contributing to promoting socio-economic development, maintaining national defense and security, worthy of being the mouthpiece of the Party Committee, the voice of the government and people of Hoa Binh province.

Pointing out the opportunities and challenges of Hoa Binh's press in the era of information explosion, Mr. Dinh Van On, Chairman of the provincial Journalists Association emphasized: Press agencies in Hoa Binh province must innovate strongly and constantly improve the quality of the work. Building professional and modern journalism style with proper attention and investment in the right direction of the province, the press agencies and each journalist can confirm their position to the public and step by step adapt to new communication environment...

At the ceremony, the Hoa Bình Association of Journalists awarded the press prize in 2018 for 19 outstanding works.
