(HBO) – The Hoa Binh Party Committee’s Organisation Commission held a conference on July 5 to review the emulation work in the first six months of 2019 and implement tasks for the rest of the year in the emulation cluster No.1 of the Party building sector.

The emulation cluster No.1 of the Party building sector comprises of the Organisation Commissions of the Party Committee of 14 northern cities and provinces. In 2019, Hoa Binh was one of the three units that act as deputy head of the cluster.

In the past six months, the localities included in the cluster have actively launched and implemented emulation movements in line with conducting political tasks of the Party organisation and building sector of the locality and the unit.

The emulation contents have been close to the directions of the Organisation Commissions of the Party Central Committee, provincial and municipal Party Committees, with the provision of advice on the implementation of tasks in conformity with the programmes and plans on Party building in a timely and effective manner.

Regarding social activities, all cities and provinces in the cluster have donated money to building charity houses and public works or houses for officials facing extreme difficult conditions.

At the conference, the emulation cluster No.1 handed over assistance for the construction of charity works to five localities of Ha Giang, Bac Kan, Vinh Phuc, Hoa Binh and Son La, with aid of 70 million VND per work.

Addressing the event, Tran Dang Ninh, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, briefed the participants on the history, culture, social conditions and the potential, advantage and socio-economic development of the province.

For organisation work, currently, the province is focusing on arranging administrative units at district and communal levels in the locality. Ninh lauded the operation methods and outcomes of emulation movements that the Party building sector of provinces and cities in the cluster has shown.
