(HBO) - Over the past years, the Fatherland Front of Luong Son district has actively been proposing a lot of plans and coordinating with the member organizations to promote the movements of patriotic emulation, campaigns, propagating and mobilizing the public to well implement the Party's guidelines, the policies and the laws of the State.

Through the practical activities, the district’s Fatherland
Front and its member organizations have been promoting the spirit of creativity
and the self-management of the people, effectively implementing the campaigns
and the movement of patriotic emulation, especially the campaign of "All
people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban area". There
have been 11 communes being recognized to meet the standards of the new rural area
in the whole district.
Implementing the goal of the sustainable poverty reduction,
in the past 5 years, the Fatherland Front at all levels in the district has
mobilized nearly 1.7 billion VND for the "The Fund for the Poor".
From the fund together with the provincial budget and other capital sources,
they have supported to repair and build 87 houses of the great unity and
awarded 27,151 gifts to the poor households, the victims of the Agent Orange,
the households whose houses were badly damaged by the natural disasters and so
on.
Its member organizations has entrusted with the bank and
from the its own fund for the members to borrow money, mobilizing the members
to support thousands of labor days, seedlings, breeds, the production land to
help the union’s poor members to develop production with hundreds of millions
of VND and supporting over 1 billion to the poor students so that they can
overcome the difficulties to study well.
Implementing the program of the social security, the
district’s Fatherland Front has received over 1.6 billion VND. The humanitarian
and charitable activities are always effectively implemented by the Fatherland
Front and its member organizations. All the levels, the branches, the
enterprises and people throughout the district have supported the district's
Fund of "Relief" with over 855 million VND to help the poor
households stabilize their lives and try to reduce the sustainable poverty. The
campaign "Vietnamese people give the priority to using Vietnamese
goods" has received great response from the public. The Fatherland Front
at all levels in the district has been coordinating with its member
organizations to well implement the movements: "the Solidarity
creation", "The Good labor", "Building the family of 5 no,
3 clean", "The Exemplary Veterans "... to the youth, its members
and people.
A delegation of the Indian Embassy in Vietnam led by Ambasador Sandeep Arya paid a working trip to Hoa Binh province on April 1, aiming to explore cooperation opportunities. The delegation was received by Nguyen Phi Long, alternate member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Hoa Binh provincial Party Committee, along with Nguyen Van Chuong, Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee, and representatives from various departments and agencies.

The subcommittee for documents of the 18th Hoa Binh provincial Party Congress, the 2025 - 2030 term, convened on March 3 to review and incorporate public feedback on the congress’s draft documents. It was attended by senior provincial officials, including Bui Thi Minh, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the provincial People’s Council; Bui Duc Hinh, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee; other members of the Standing Board of the provincial Party Committee; and members of the document subcommittee.
