(HBO) - The Council of Cao Phong District’s Team held the eighth Congress of uncle Uncle Ho’s good children in the period of 2020-2025. 91 young pioneers who are Uncle Ho’s good children representing nearly 7,000 young pioneers of 15 Young Pioneer detachments in the district attended the congress.
The leaders from Cao Phong district and the
Communist Youth Union of Cao Phong district are presenting gifts and
commendations to Uncle Ho’s good children.
In the period of 2014-2029, The Council of
Cao Phong District’s Team has effectively implemented 15 key activities. They
include "The Journey to the red addresses” to more than 2,000 young pioneers in
the district; 100% of the squads performed well the campaign "Vietnamese
children emulate and well perform Uncle Ho’s five lessons for Vietnamese
children” in the new period; Visiting, giving gifts and helping the families
under the preferential policy, remodeling and caring for martyrs' cemeteries
for more than 50 sessions and offering over 100 sets of gifts; the movement
"Speaking good words - doing good work" associated with the criteria and moral
standards for children in the new period; encouraging children to participate
in the activities of the pioneer and youth unions...
In 5 years, more than 250
study groups, 18 clubs of foreign languages and social knowledge have been set
up. 90 break activities of the creative experiences have been organized for the
Young Pioneer detachments. They have
participated in competitions: "I love science”, "Young creativity”, "Young
informatics”, "Scientific journey”. Nearly 3,000 turns of young pioneers and
teenagers have achieved the title of excellent students at the district level
and nearly 300 turns of students have achieved the title of excellent students
at the provincial one. Hundreds of young pioneers and teenagers have won prizes
and medals in district and provincial sports competitions.
At the Congress, The Council of the
District’s Team and the Association for Promoting Education of the district
praised and rewarded 29 pioneers who were good children of Uncle Ho. The
district’s leaders gave 91 sets of gifts to 91 good children of Uncle Ho.
A delegation of the Indian Embassy in Vietnam led by Ambasador Sandeep Arya paid a working trip to Hoa Binh province on April 1, aiming to explore cooperation opportunities. The delegation was received by Nguyen Phi Long, alternate member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Hoa Binh provincial Party Committee, along with Nguyen Van Chuong, Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee, and representatives from various departments and agencies.
