Participants shared the view that the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th provincial Military Party Congress were prepared thoroughly in line with the Politburo’s Directive No. 35-CT/TW, issued on May 30, 2019, on all-level Party congresses in the run up to the 13th National Party Congress.

Addressing the event, Bui Van Tinh, member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, spoke highly of the preparations of the draft documents and personnel plans for the 14th provincial Military Party Congress.

He asked the provincial Military Party Committee to push ahead with the preparations for the coming congress and ensure all steps are carried out in conformity with principles.

It is necessary to take into account the opinions raised at the meeting to perfect the drafts, which need to highlight achievements in the performance of political tasks during the 2015-2020 tenure, Tinh said.

The official also told the provincial Military Party Committee to build a reasonable organisation plan that both matches the local situation and ensures COVID-19 prevention and control, while thoroughly preparing other conditions so that the congress will be held successfully./.
