President Tran Dai Quang, his spouse and a high-ranking delegation of Vietnam arrived in Minsk on June 26 afternoon, beginning a three-day official visit to Belarus at the invitation of Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko.

Belarusian Deputy Prime Minister Vladimir Semashko, Deputy Foreign Minister
Valentin Rybakov, Belarusian Ambassador to Vietnam Vladimir Goshin, and many
other officials of the Belarusian Government.

representatives of Vietnamese people and students in Belarus also greeted the
Vietnamese delegation at the airport.

Throughout his revolutionary life, Uncle Ho visited Hoa Binh province four times.
