(HBO) - In the morning of January 26th, the early-hour political meetings of the officers and soldiers of the Provincial Military Headquaters took place more specially than usual. In the Youth Communist Union of Hoa Binh Province, the officials and youth members were very interested in the progress of the National Congress. From January 25th, the 13th National Congress of the Communist Party officially began. Millions of hearts were heading to Hanoi Capital, excitedly watching each development with the expectation that this would continue to be a successful congress. In Hoa Binh city, many people also trusted to follow the National Congress.

The congress was taking place, attracting the special attention of the officials, the party members and People of all ethnic groups in the province. On the days of the Congress, all the streets from urban to rural areas were lit up with flags. Many residential areas simultaneously flagged the Fatherland as a practical way to show their passionate love for the country. The red flags with a yellow star were fluttering, contributing to multiplying people's excitement towards the 13th National Congress.
