(HBO) - Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc on February 15 signed Decision No. 208 / QD-TTG approving the result of the election of Quach Tat Liem, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the provincial Department of Planning and Investment, to the position of Vice Chairman of Hoa Binh Provincial People's Committee for the 2016-2021 term.

Quach Tat Liem was born in 1968, in Thong Nhat commune, Lac Thuy
district. He used to serve as Chairman of the People's Committee of Lac Thuy
District; Deputy Director, and then Director of the Department of Planning and Investment of Hoa
Binh province.
The election took place at the 19th session of the 16th-tenure
provincial People's Council on February 5. Quach Tat Liem, Director of the
Department of Planning and Investment was elected as Vice Chairman of the
Provincial People's Committee with 100 percent of the votes from 51 members of
the 58-member Council present at the session.

Its 74 communes and 24 villages are eligible for investment under Programme 135, which is designed for especially poor areas.
