(HBO) – The People’s Committee and the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Committee of Le Dai Hanh ward of Hanoi’s Hai Ba Trung district held a meeting on April 6 to collect voters’ opinions about Ngo Van Tuan, member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Hoa Binh provincial Party Committee, who was nominated by Hoa Binh province as a candidate in the election of deputies to the 15th National Assembly (NA).

The event was attended by Standing Vice
Secretary of the Hoa Binh provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the
provincial People’s Council Bui Duc Hinh, Vice President of the VFF Committee of
Hanoi Nguyen Thi Kim Dung, officials from the Office of the Hoa Binh provincial
Party Committee and Hai Ba Trung district, and 86 delegates who represented voters
in the residential area No 4 of Le Dai Hanh ward.
Ngo Van Tuan has made outstanding contributions
in many different positions he has served, winning over trust and high
evaluation from other cadres, Party members, as well as colleagues, and people.
He is also a modest and simple person and has close relations with local
authorities and residents.
Voters in the residential area No 4 agreed to
nominate Tuan and hoped that he will be elected to the 15th NA.
Addressing the meeting, Ngo Van Tuan, member of
the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Hoa Binh provincial Party
Committee, thanked local voters for their opinions which, he said, are a source
of encouragement and momentum for him to better fulfill his duties so as to
deserve voters and people’s trust.
The official promised to stay connected with
people and listen to their opinions and aspirations so as to report to the
parliament, helping resolve issues of voters’ concern. He wished to receive
voters and people’s attention and supervision in order to better perform his
role.
Up to 100 percent of the participants voted for
the nomination of Tuan as a candidate in the election of deputies of the 15th
NA for the 2021 – 2026 tenure./.

During her working visit to Hoa Binh province on October 18, Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan toured a site where late President Ho Chi Minh once stayed when he visited the Kim Boi district’s Party Committee. She was accompanied by officials from various ministries, agencies, and central organisations.
A ceremony was held in Kim Boi district on October 18 in the presence of Vo Thi Anh Xuan, member of the Party Central Committee and Vice State President, to mark 60 years since President Ho Chi Minh visited and met with the Party Committee of Kim Boi district (September 19, 1964 - 2024) and the 65th founding anniversary of the district (April 17, 1959 - 2024), and to receive the third-class Labour Order.
