(HBO) – As a gateway district of Hoa Binh and bordering Hanoi, Luong Son has recently paid great attention to administrative reform and become one of the leading localities in the province in the field. The reform of administrative procedure and the modernisation of the administrative system have been strengthened in a bid to better meet the demands of local residents and businesses, creating a more favourable environment for investment attraction and socio-economic development.

The administrative request receiving and responding desk of the Citizen Receiving Board of Luong Son district has moved to a new location with more convenient access for people and organisations. The staff of the desk have professional working attitude, while all administrative procedures in each field are shown on an electronic board.
The application of information technology has been implemented in line with the plan on IT application and development. As of May 30, 97.7 percent of the total 16,602 inbound documents were received online, and 2.836 documents out of 5,600 outbound documents were sent online, reaching 50.6 percent.
Le Canh Hieu, Vice Director of the district's Department for Home Affairs said that in the remaining six months of 2021, the district will continue working to improve the administrative reform index of the district and its communes, strengthening communications on online public services at levels three and four, and organising training courses for staff of the administrative request receiving and responding desks in communes and townships as well as members of the Youth Union to support the popularisation of online public services at levels three and four. The district willalso maintain and improve the quality management system meeting the national standard of TCVN ISO 9001:2015./.
