Speaking at the event, Thang pledged to provide sufficient capital for Hoa Binh while asking the province to review poor and near-poor families to ensure those who fulfil requirements can access social credit.

For his part, Tuan informed orientations and solutions on the implementation of the Resolution of the 27th provincial Party Congress. He voiced a hope that the VBSP will support Hoa Binh leaders to effectively manage and carry out the social credit policy.
