(HBO) - In the morning of August 31, on the occasion of the 77th anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Independence Day of September 2 (1945-2022), the delegation of the provincial leaders laid the wreaths, offering incense at Uncle Ho's Monument and visited the Martyrs Cemetery of Hoa Binh Campaign.

Mr. Nguyen Phi Long, the alternate member of the Party Central Committee, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Bui Duc Hinh, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Bui Van Khanh, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the other members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the leaders of the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Fatherland Front, the Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation and leaders directing departments and branches of the province; the leaders of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh City and Hoa Binh Hydropower Company attended. 

At Uncle Ho's monument at Hoa Binh hydroelectric plant, the delegation laid wreaths and offered incense in the memory of Uncle Ho. The delegates expressed their infinite respect and gratitude to the great merits of the great President Ho Chi Minh, a world cultural celebrity, the father of the nation. 

After 77 years of independence, together with the whole country, the Party Committee, the government and the people of all ethnic groups in the province have unanimously overcome difficulties and challenges, promoting self-reliance, mobilizing all resources, exploiting all potentials, promoting the socio-economic development, consolidating the national defense and security, and the material and spiritual life of the people is increasing day by day.

After that, the delegation of the provincial leaders laid wreaths, offered incense and visited the Martyrs Cemetery of Hoa Binh Campaign. In a dignified and emotional atmosphere, the delegation presented a wreath bearing the words "The eternal gratitude to the heroes and martyrs”, spending a minute of silence to remember the martyrs who sacrificed their whole lives for the cáue of the national liberation and the national defense. The provincial leaders were there to burn incense at the grave of the heroic martyr Cu Chinh Lan and other martyrs at the Martyrs Cemetery of Hoa Binh Campaign.
