(HBO) - alternate member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Party Committee of Hoa Binh province Nguyen Phi Long on November 22 had a working session with the Standing Board of the Party Organisation of the provincial Agencies' Bloc on the implementation of political tasks in 2022 and key tasks in 2023. The session was attended by Bui Thi Minh, Head of the Organising Commission of the provincial Party Committee, and representatives from the provincial Party Committee’s Office.

The Party Organisation of the provincial Agencies' Bloc has 73 grassroots Party
organisations with 4,241 members. In 2022, the Party Committee of the
provincial Agencies' Bloc thoroughly organised the implementation of seven
thematic resolutions of its executive committee on Party building for the 2021
- 2025 period and the following years.
The Party building work has been strengthened, attaching importance to
ideological and political work.
In 2022, the Party Organisation of the provincial Agencies' Bloc has considered
and admitted 121 elite individuals to the Party. Inspection committees at all
levels have examined 71 organisations and 73 members, and disciplined six party
members.
The affiliated Party Committees have coordinated with the Party civil affairs
board, and leaders of agencies and units to perform political tasks, making
important contributions to promoting political and socio-economic stability,
ensuring social security in the locality.
The Standing Board of the Party Organisation of the provincial Agencies' Bloc
has proposed a number of issues in order to clearly clarify the name,
functions, tasks, and organisation structure of the Party Organisation of the
provincial Agencies and Businesses’ Bloc.
In his speech, alternate member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of
the provincial Party Committee Nguyen Phi Long acknowledged recent achievements
gained by the Party Organisation of the provincial Agencies' Bloc.
He underlined the need for the organisation to strongly innovate its
leadership, thus directing agencies and units to well complete the assigned
tasks.
He asked the Party Organisation of the provincial Agencies' Bloc to implement
effectively the personnel work, and concentrate on key personnel planning in
agencies, strengthen inspection and supervision, and fight corruption and
wastefulness acts./.
Throughout his revolutionary life, Uncle Ho visited Hoa Binh province four times. He also sent dozens of letters, telegrams, greeting cards, and heartfelt messages to local officials, Party members, and people of all ethnic groups, urging them to remain united, support one another, strive for progress, and actively engage in both production and resistance efforts to build a prosperous homeland.
To unlock the full potential of its forest resources, the standing board of the provincial Party Committee on July 30, 2020 issued a Resolution on the sustainable development of production forests through 2025, with a vision toward 2030.
In recent years, the education and training sector in Cao Phong district, Hoa Binh province, has actively integrated its tasks with the promotion of studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s thought, ethics, and style. This approach has contributed significantly to improving the overall quality of education across the district.
The Hoa Binh provincial museum on May 16 opened a thematic exhibition "Under the flag of the glorious Communist Party of Vietnam" with more than 200 documents, images and objects featuring the glorious 95-year journey of the Party.
Hoa Binh police are collecting public feedback on amendments to the 2013 Constitution via the national identification app VNeID. This innovative approach marks a giant leap towards modernising grassroots democracy and enhancing transparency in public consultation.
