(HBO) - On March 24, the Provincial Women's Business Union (HNDN) held the first congress, term 2023-2028 with the theme "Confidence - Integration – Development”. There was the attendance Mr. Nguyen Phi Long, the alternate member of the Central Party Committee, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Bui Van Tinh, the former member of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee, former Secretary of the Central Party Committee; Mr. Bui Duc Hinh, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Tran Dang Ninh, the former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, the former Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Bui Van Khanh, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Nguyen Van Quang, the former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, the former Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Ms. Tran Lan Phuong, the Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union; the provincial leaders; the leaders from the appropriate departments, branches, districts, city and 100 official delegates of the Congress.


Mr. Nguyen Phi Long, the alternate member of the Central Party Committee, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council and Provincial People's Committee were giving flowers to congratulate the congress.

In 2018, Hoa Binh province’s Club of Businesswomen was established with nearly 20 members. The club has grown with 100 members so far.

On January 3, 2023, the Provincial People's Committee issued the Official Letter No. 06-CV/UBND authorizing the establishment of the Business Union. Of Hoa Binh province. Accordingly, the union was established with the goal of forming and consolidating the organizational apparatus; formulating and perfecting the operational regulations; developing the human resource; developing the membership; developing the service activities, creating the financial sources to meet the development needs of the Union and strengthening the activities to serve the interests of the members and businesses, contributing to the socio-economic development of the province.

The Congress has gathered the wisdom to discuss and agree on the direction of operation for the term of 2023-2028, which includes building the relationships with State agencies to reflect the thoughts and aspirations of the enterprises. The administrative procedure reform should be supported and a healthy business environment should be set up. It is necessary to actively cooperate with the external organizations and the provincial unions to create strength and serve more members. It is also necessary to develop new members, forming a large force for the Union to promote its strength in the relations with State agencies, and the participation target is 300 members. It is important to colloborate with other departments, angencies and branches to implement the policies supporting the businesses in finance, credit, interest rates, tax exemptions and reductions to help the members overcome difficulties, stabilize production development, and promptly solve the business problems and frustrations. They suggest exploiting well the revenue sources to have the conditions to organize better activities for the members, in which the activities from the support of projects should be enhanced so that the members can participate more...

On this occasion, the Anion of Businesswomen in Hoa Binh province has presented the province's Godmother Fund with 100 million VND.

Making a speech at the congress, Mr. Bui Van Khanh, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and praised the contributions of businesswomen to Hoa Binh province in the past time. In the term of 2023-2028, it is proposed that the Provincial Business Union continue to promote the good tradition of Vietnamese women, innovating, setting a good example in life and work, being a typical and inspirational example for the women to study and rise up; well implementing the emulation movement "Building Hoa Binh women in a new era” launched by the Provincial Women's Union. It is necessary to build a netwwork to connect businesswwomen and the typical female entrepreneurs ínide and outside the province, creating the jobs at the spots and the stable income for the local people, especially the female workers in the province. It is also suggested actively participating in contributing, developing the policies and laws related to the female entrepreneurs, strengthening dialogues and proposals with the Party and State to contribute to solving difficulties for the businesses and female entrepreneurs. The Executive Board of the Provincial Business Union promotes its roles and responsibilities in leading the Union to comply with the Union’s principles and purposes. The social, charity and humanitarian work should be continued doing to help people in difficult circumstances, the poor, the single mums, the disabled people, the orphans...

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee believes that the provincial Business Union will be a reliable fulcrum, a place of intellectual convergence for the businesswomen to share and exchange experiences, improve expertise and knowledge, and protect the legitimate interests. and legitimacy of female entrepreneurs and female employees in the enterprises, contributing to promoting equality and development of the women in Hoa Binh province.

Previously, at the Preparatory Congress taking place on March 23, the Congress elected the Provincial Executive Board of the Business Union for the first term, the term of 2023-2028, including 33 members. Ms. Vu Thi Hop, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Da Hop Trading joint Stock Company has been elected as the Chairwoman of the Union.

On this occasion, Vietnam Union of Small and Medium Enterprises awarded the certificates of merit to 8 individuals with the outstanding achievements in building and developing the Union. The Provincial Businesswomen Union awarded 100 million VND to the Provincial Godmother Fund.
