It also presented two second prizes; three third prizes; eight consolation prizes and five supporting prizes for candidates having the best article, the most impressive introduction, the best presentation, the most convincing way to handle a case, and the best quality video clip.

The contest is an important political activity in the provincial Public Security Department’s Party Committee to foster knowledge, skills and profession on the Party work, thus helping improve the capacity to operate and handle real-life cases for secretaries of Party cells, members and grassroots members of Party organisations; and creating conditions for them to exchange and learn from experience, contributing to improving the quality and efficiency of activities at the Party organisation and cell levels.

The contest also helps to closely and properly assess the situation of the Party cells, and grassroots Party organisations, frankly acknowledge shortcomings and limitations, and at the same time discover and praise good models, creative ways of doing the Party work, and effective application of them in practice./.
