In the first quarter, the chapters continued to coordinate with VFF member organisations in calling on people to implement the Party's guidelines, the State's policies and laws, and participating in patriotic emulation movements.

People from all walks of life were encouraged to join the activities. The role of prestigious people, village elders, and religious dignitaries was promoted. The VFF provincial chapter organised 11 meetings with voters that attracted 1,287 participants.

The front step by step renovated and improved the effectiveness of social supervision and criticism. It proposed to the standing board of the provincial Party Committee to implement nine supervisory topics. It also organised conferences to collect feedback on the draft Land Law (amended) with 20,144 comments.

Long asked the front to work harder in protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the people.

He said that the VFF must speak for the people, find ways to know about the people's thoughts and legitimate aspirations, create consensus from the grassroots level, better perform the role of social supervision and criticism, and participate in building a strong Party and political system, as well as fight against corruption, and waste.
