(HBO) – The People's Committee of Kim Boi district has held a ceremony to launch a model of "Friendly administration serving the people".

In 2023, the provincial Steering Committee for the Emulation Movement "Good mass mobilisation" selected three units to implement the model of "Friendly administration serving the people”. They are the provincial Public Administrative Centre, One-stop shop division at the Kim Boi district People's Committee; and the One-stop-shop unit at Phuong Lam ward, Hoa Binh city.

Up to now, the implementation of the model at the three units has completed the contents as regulated.
The model in Kim Boi district has been officially put into operation. Accordingly, the district installed necessary equipment at the section that receives administrative procedures and returns results, while th lists of administrative procedures are publicised. The district issued regulations on the responsibilities and attitudes of cadres and civil servants in performing their official duties and serving the people; codes of conduct and public service ethics.

Speaking at the launching ceremony of the model, Bui Duc Hinh, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People's Council, affirmed that developing a transparent administration, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of State management, and building a friendly administration is an important task, requiring the province to overcome limitations in handling administrative procedures.

He asked heads of the Party committees and administrations to meet and talk with the people, settle petitions, letters of complaints, denunciations, and lawful legitimate recommendations of the people and organisations.

Hinh also requested every cadre, civil servant, officer and soldier of the armed forces in the political system from the provincial to the grassroots levels must be exemplary and strictly perform the criteria of the model of "Friendly administration serving the people”, helping to develop and expand the model practically and quickly throughout the province./.
