As a result, local material and spiritual lives have been improved unceasingly, with annual per capita income averaging 48 million VND (about 2,000 USD), while rural areas gained a facelift.

During the visit, the provincial delegation offered incense at the monument to heroes and martyrs, visited the Muong Khoi revolutionary base’s hall of traditions, and met and presented gifts to officials and residents of An Nghia and Tan My communes.

On behalf of the provincial Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman Khanh hailed the communes’ efforts to carry out reforms. He offered the best wishes to local officials and residents so that they will continue maintaining the revolutionary traditions and comprehensively developing An Nghia and Tan My into politically firm and economically strong localities with their cultural identities promoted./.
